FAQ
At Sober Minds Recovery we are always open to questions you may have. Below we have put together a few of our most frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions you may contact us at any time by calling the number located at the bottom of our page.
do you provide transportation?
We will accommodate transportation as much as we can but we are limited in our abilities especially if we are at full capacity. We strongly recommend the use of public transportation such as Uber and Lyft.
Do I have to pay for drug testing?
No, drug testing is included in your rent.
Can i bring my VEHICLE?
Yes, but parking at our location is extremely limited. We are currently in the process of expanding our parking lot. We recommend that the resident stay vehicle free for the first 30-days to help them rely on others for help. Asking for help in our opinion is key in early recovery.
What if a resident relapses?
We first remove the resident from the property as to ensure the safety and sobriety of the other residents currently residing at Sober Minds. We will then assess if the resident is under the risk of an overdose by monitoring them at an off-site location. Once the resident is sober and of sound mind he will meet with the staff to discuss what his current options are and if he would like to continue on the path of recovery.
Can i stay out overnight?
Residents can be issued an overnight pass after the first 30-days of our program. Overnight passes will be issued on a case by case basis.
Do you accept insurance?
Sober Minds does not accept insurance because we do not offer any medical services.
